The Queen City of the Ozarks .
There are many lists on the internet explaining what the State of Missouri is known for. One list has barbeque at the top ,then toasted ravioli and then Lewis and Clark. It took me a minute to understand why toasted ravioli was above Lewis and Clark. They wanted barbeque first on the top of the list. So ,they catagorized the list with food as the first catagory. HOWEVER, in what universe should toasted ravioli come before Lewis and Clark on any body’s list? If you just have to know about toasted ravioli there’s a link below.
